Obtain the Archives

You can obtain copies of the Æquatoria archives by purchasing the microfiches (the films from which the fiches were produced, cannot be obtained). You can buy the entire collection of microfiches (2,700 fiches), or the individual microfiches on which the archive document of interest to you is located, at EURO 1 per fiche, plus postage costs. For this purpose, you will need a microfiche viewer yourself. The microfiches are 10.5 cm x 14.7 cm. The minimal zoom lens for proper viewing should be 18x-36x. In case you want to buy only some microfiches, note that the photos of the archive document you are interested in, especially if it's a longer one, may span over more than one microfiche. In case you are ordering individual microfiches always make sure to clearly identify the document(s) you are interested in, giving its complete microfiche code and its full name and description as indicated in the Catalogue.
